Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and the websites they link to. Ads must not contain malware, deceptive content, or infringe on third-party rights. Fees are based on the selected pricing model (CPC or CPM) and are non-refundable once the campaign has started.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments to publishers are processed according to the schedule defined in the account dashboard. Minimum payout thresholds apply. All financial transactions are subject to our verification processes to prevent fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Website are and will remain the exclusive property of Payelancer Adsense and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Payelancer Adsense be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
