Refund Policy
1. General Principles
Payelancer Adsense strives for transparency in all financial dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which advertisers and publishers may request a refund of funds held in their accounts.
2. Unspent Advertiser Balance
Advertisers may request a refund of their unspent account balance under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the last deposit.
- The account is in good standing and not suspended for policy violations.
- A processing fee of 5% (to cover transaction costs) will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Funds already spent on active or completed ad campaigns.
- Bonus credits or promotional funds added by Payelancer Adsense.
- Account setup or premium feature activation fees.
4. Publisher Payouts
Publisher earnings are processed as payouts, not refunds. Once a payout is initiated and confirmed by the payment provider, it cannot be reversed. If a payout fails due to incorrect payment details provided by the publisher, the funds will be returned to the publisher's internal balance, minus any bank reversal fees.
5. Policy Violations
Any account found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, click-fraud, or serious policy violations will be suspended. Funds in suspended accounts are subject to forfeiture to compensate for damages and are not eligible for refunds or payouts.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through your dashboard with the subject "Refund Request". Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
