As a digital advertising network, Payelancer Adsense primarily deals with intangible services. This Return Policy applies to any physical goods or specialized digital assets that may be provided under specific service agreements.
2. Digital Services
Standard advertising credits, campaign placements, and publisher payouts are considered digital services. These are not "returnable" in the traditional sense. For issues related to these services, please refer to our Refund Policy.
3. Physical Deliverables
In the rare event that physical materials (such as promotional merchandise or hardware) are provided:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- The user is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4. Specialized Digital Assets
Custom-designed ad creatives or landing pages provided by our design team may be subject to a revision process rather than a return. If you are unsatisfied with a custom asset, please contact your account manager within 7 days of delivery to request modifications.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Account activation fees.
- Expended advertising budget.
- Completed publisher payout transactions.
